HOT CRAB SPREAD 
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 dash garlic salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1 pkg. imitation crab meat (can substitute 1 can real crab meat if desired)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Finely chop the onions. Grate Cheddar cheese. Shred crab into small pieces. Add to softened cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Put into casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until hot. Serve with crackers.
