HOT CRAB HORS D'OEUVRES 
12 oz. imitation crab meat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4. heavy cream
4 scallops, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 drops Tabasco
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and butter. Place in greased 1 quart casserole. Top with cheese and butter. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serve on crackers.
