MICROWAVE PRALINES 
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugars, syrup and water; mix well. Microwave on high for 7 to 9 minutes to soft ball stage, 238 degrees. Stir in butter and vanilla. Add pecans and stir. Drop on waxed paper or buttered foil.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
