JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
2 c. cream style corn
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can chopped jalapenos, or 4 med. jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 c. cornbread mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. onion, chopped

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients in the order given. Pour into a greased 9x13 glass pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. 12-16 servings.
