MICROWAVE PRALINES 
1 lb. light brown sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter at room temperature
2 c. chopped pecans

Combine brown sugar and whipped cream. Heat in microwave 13 minutes, 15 seconds on high. Do Not Stir. Remove from microwave, add 2 tablespoons butter and 2 cups pecan pieces. Mix together and spoon on foil and allow to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
