MICROWAVE PRALINES 
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 box light brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 - 2 c. pecans

Mix together 1/2 pint whipping cream and box brown sugar. Stir until all lumps are gone. Microwave on high 13 minutes WITHOUT STIRRING. Remove from microwave and quickly add: 2 tsp. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 - 2 cups of pecans. Stir to mix and quickly drop by teaspoons onto wax paper to set. Makes approximately 2 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

This comes out quite good and is easy to make. I roast my pecans and chop them. I also find the consistency is a little better if you stop the microwave half way through and quickly stir and scrape down sides. It is not necessary.
