SPINACH/RICE LOAF 
1 lg. bunch spinach
1 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk (half & half is best)
2 chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. ground rosemary

Cook spinach, drain. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
