CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. chicken (deboned)
2 pouches rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of cheddar soup
1/2 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken; debone if necessary when done, then cut into bite sized pieces. Cook rice; mix rice, soups and broth in casserole dish. Add chicken, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Fresh cooked broccoli added to this recipe works well.
