SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. squash, steamed & cooled
2 shredded raw carrots
1 c. sour cream
1 can chicken soup
1 sm. jar pimiento
Salt

Grease casserole dish or spray with Pam. Pour squash mix into dish, top with bread cubes which have been tossed in melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
