STRAWBERRY CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. Jello (strawberry, lemon or lime)
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. double cream
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Maraschino cherries, sliced

Dissolve Jello in hot pineapple juice, let cool. Mash cheese and pineapple together and add salt, pieces of cherry and Jello. Whip cream stiff and fold in. Put in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
