PINEAPPLE AND CHEESE SALAD 
Molded salad.

1 lg. lemon Jello (6 oz. size)
2 c. hot water
Lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecan nuts
1 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Stir in pineapple, cheese, nuts and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until firm.
