PINEAPPLE & CHEESE SALAD 
1 (#2) can pineapple tidbits
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
16 lg. marshmallows, cut up or 2 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain pineapple and save juice. Put pineapple in bowl first, then cubed cheese, then marshmallows.

Make sauce with:

6 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
Juice from pineapple

Cook over low heat until slightly thick. Pour this over above mixture. Mix and chill. Serve cold.
