COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 2 c. sm. marshmallows 1 c. coconut (optional) 1 sm. carton Cool Whip 1 sm. box lemon Jello (dry) Using large bowl, combine cottage cheese, crushed pineapple, coconut and marshmallows. Mix well. Add whipped topping, stir. Add lemon Jello, mix well. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Mandarin orange pieces (drained) can be used for color. |
