PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
Whipped topping (container)

Bring pineapple and sugar to a boil. Combine Jello with 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir into hot pineapple mixture. Let cool slightly. Add softened cream cheese and let stand in the refrigerator until thick. Stir in container of topping.
