1 1/2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 c. small curd cottage cheese

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well (squeeze juice out). Dissolve water in Jello. Add vinegar and mayonnaise (mixture will be lumpy). Cool to lukewarm and beat smooth with beater. Add spinach, celery, onion and cottage cheese. Pour into 8 x 8 inch pan. Chill until set.
