COTTAGE CHEESE GELATIN SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
6 grated carrots
1 (24 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
Sm. amount of salt

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour into glass serving bowl and refrigerate until set.
