POTATOES - IN - A - BAG | |
1 env. Lipton onion soup 1/4 c. olive oil (no Crisco) 1/2 c. melted butter (no butter) 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. parsley, dried 2 lbs. potatoes, quartered Mix all above in oven-cooking bag. Can use more potatoes and parsley. Turn bag around a few times to coat potatoes. Secure bag and place in 9x13 inch pan. Cut 6 slits in top of bag. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or however you like them. |
