BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE DISH 
1 env. onion soup
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can plus 2 tbsp. water
Parsley
"Pick of the chick"

Use roaster or large baking dish. Starting at bottom of roaster put: rice, soups, water. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle parsley over all. Lay chicken pieces, meaty side up in a single layer. Sprinkle envelope of onion soup over meat. Cover tightly with foil or lid. Bake at 325 degrees for two hours.
