HEAVENLY WHIPPED PUMPKIN PIE 
1 baked pie crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (#303) can pumpkin
Whipped cream

Put all ingredients except pumpkin in saucepan. Cook until mixture comes to a full boil. Cool for 5 minutes. Stir in whole can of pumpkin until well blended. Put into baked pie shell and chill 3 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
