DESSERT PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can pie filling

Divide cream cheese in half, blend half with butter until smooth in a bowl. Stir in flour to make dough. Chill 30 minutes. Roll out dough to 13" on pastry board, fit into a pizza pan, pressing firmly to edge. Prick dough with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool in pan. Combine remaining 1/2 of cream cheese with sugar and milk in bowl; beat until smooth. Spread over prepared crust; top with pie filling. Chill at least 10 minutes.
