MYSTERY PIE DESSERT 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
20 crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. carton Cool Whip

Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually add sugar. Add vanilla. Stir in Ritz crackers and pecans. Bake in greased pie pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Chill pie, then top with Cool Whip. Chill again.
