SAUSAGE PIE 
1 pie shell
Dijon mustard
6-7 Italian sausage, taken out of casing
2-3 med. tomatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Dry basil
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Spread Dijon mustard over unbaked pie shell and bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees; let cool. Saute sausage meat with salt, pepper, dry basil and parsley; drain and cool. Place in pie shell.

Peel 2-3 medium tomatoes and slice thick. Cover sausage meat in pie shell with tomatoes.

Mix together Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise and spread on top of pie. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
