MEAT MANICOTTI 
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
Lawry's seasoned salt
Black pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese

Cook shells in boiling water until done, let cool. Cook beef in skillet with onion and seasonings until brown. Shred cheeses in bowl. Stuff shells with meat and cheeses including ricotta cheese. Add spaghetti sauce over top and bottom of shells. Layer Provolone cheese over top of manicotti. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 30 minutes.
