EASY ZESTY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts or tenderloins
1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette dressing
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 small vine tomato, cubed
1/4 small red onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 of a lemon
parsley flakes
garlic powder
black pepper
red chili pepper flakes
chili powder
Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix dressing and prepped bell pepper, tomato, onion, and garlic in a large bowl. Squeeze half of the lemon wedge into the mix. Season generously with the parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir the mixture well.

After rinsing the chicken, dip each piece into the dressing mixture, making sure that the chicken is well-coated.

Place chicken into glass baking dish and pour the rest of the dressing mixture over the chicken. Top the chicken off with a final shake of each spice, and squeeze the remaining lemon juice onto the chicken.

Bake at 400°F for 50 minutes.
