COUNTY FAIR CHICKEN 
1/2 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. squeeze butter

Combine cheese, flour, and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk. Coat with cheese mixture. Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Pour butter over chicken; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 3-4 servings.
