GOLDEN CHEDDAR TURKEY OR CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. Minute Maid 100 pure lemon juice
1 can (16 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes
1 tbsp. cornstarch
6 oz. Kraft sharp cheddar cheese, cut in sm. cubes
1 c. cubed turkey or chicken
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook onion and green pepper in lemon juice until tender. Remove from heat, cut tomatoes in pieces. Add to onions and green peppers, stir in cornstarch, cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and turkey.
