CHEDDAR TURKEY OR CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. Minute Maid lemon juice
1 can whole, peeled tomatoes
1 tbsp. cornstarch
6 oz. Kraft sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 c. cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook onion and green pepper in lemon juice until tender. Remove from heat. Add tomatoes, cutting into pieces. Stir in cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in Cheddar cheese and turkey. Pour onto 1 quart casserole. Mix egg with corn flake crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
