CRAB ROYALE 
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) Lump crab meat
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped stuffed olives (optional)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few squirts Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Blend all together in ball. Roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers.
