CHESAPEAKE CRAB SALAD 
1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Dash garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Lettuce leaves

Combine crabmeat, celery, green pepper and parsley. Mix together salad dressing or mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and spices and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth. Pour over crabmeat mixture. Stir carefully to combine. Serve on lettuce leaves.
