1 lg. head cabbage, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 sm. bunch celery, chopped
2 onions, chopped (red onions look pretty)
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. celery seed
Salt to taste

Pour 1 cup of sugar over first 4 ingredients. Bring to boil last 4 ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture.
