CRUST:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted & cooled

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Spread in 9"x13" pan. Work from the center and have crust a little higher around edges. Beat filling ingredients well and pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
