FIRST LAYER:

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts

Mix all of the above in a 9 x 11 1/2 inch pan. Ingredients should mix together like dough. Press down in the pan.

SECOND LAYER:

1 box confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

Mix together in a bowl with mixer. Pour over the cake mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until light brown.
