1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix together, press in 9"x13" Pyrex greased and floured pan.

Beat together: 8 oz. soft cream cheese 1 tbsp. vanilla

Place on top of other mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. If it falls, it is all right.
