TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. water
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Boil first 3 ingredients for 2 minutes. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. You must put it in a jelly roll pan or at least a pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches, can be put in a 17x11 inch pan also. Cool 5 minutes and ice. It is good to have the icing ready before cake is done.

Boil 1 minute 6 tablespoons milk, 4 tablespoons cocoa, and 1 stick butter. Remove from heat, add 1 box of confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well and add 1 cup chopped nuts. Cut like brownies.
