FROSTING FOR TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In saucepan heat together butter, cocoa powder and sour cream. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, vanilla and nuts. Put on warm cake.

NOTE: Use jelly roll pan or 13 x 9 pan. When it pulls away from edge of pan it is finished.
