1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. nuts or raisins or both (optional)

Mix in all dry ingredients. Stir in water and oil. Beat in eggs. Then add pumpkin. Grease loaf pan and pour in mixture. Let cool before removing bread.
