SIOUX FALLS BROWNIES 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, sugar and soda. Bring water, butter and cocoa to a boil. Stir into flour mixture. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 10 x 13 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
