STUFFED PORK CHOPS | |
Loin end (size depends on number of people, have butcher cut into 1 1/2 inch chops) 1 can whole mushrooms 1 pkg. pork gravy mix 1 pkg. stuffing mix Brown chops in skillet. Set aside. Prepare stuffing mix. If you want to add extra flavor, cut off ends of mushrooms and add to stuffing. Stuff pork chops. Use toothpicks to close. Arrange chops in pan. Put approximately 1/4 inch water in bottom. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 75 minutes or until tender. Have gravy ready; pour over pork chops and serve. |
