QUICK SPANISH BEEF RICE 
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 3/4-2 c. hot water
Dash pepper

Heat oil in skillet. Add onion, green pepper, beef and rice. Stir over heat until meat is done. Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. 1/2 cup grated cheese may be added if desired.
