1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
Chopped walnuts
Cherry halves

Mix cake mix as directed and bake on cookie sheet about 15-20 minutes. Cool. Mix pudding with 1 cup milk; set aside.

In large bowl cream cream cheese; add tub of Cool Whip and beat. Add pudding mixture and beat again. Icing should be like whipped cream. Ice the cake. Drain pineapple and spread pineapple over icing. Spread 1 can of coconut over pineapple. Top with nuts and cherry halves, if desired. Keep refrigerated.
