SPANISH RICE 
1 med. onion, cut fine & browned in skillet
1 lb. ground round steak
1 med. size can tomatoes & seasonings
Green pepper (opt.)

Simmer until soft. Meanwhile have 1/2 cup rice boiling in salted water. When soft, drain, mix with meat mixture in skillet. Turn into baking dish and bake 1/2 hour in moderate oven. Then add grated cheese to cover top; brown and serve.
