MIX VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) Oriental broccoli, mushrooms, green beans and onions or mixed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
Fine bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk or sherry
Velveeta cheese

Slightly cook vegetables in small amount of water. Mix soup with milk (or sherry). Add 1 cup cubed Velveeta and heat together. Layer vegetables, sauce and bread crumbs (9 x 13 inch pan) with butter dots. End with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
