GRAHAM STREUSAL CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs (12-13)
3/4 c. chopped nuts or granola (your favorite)
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. super moist cake mix (any flavor)
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs

1. Mix crumbs, nuts or granola, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter, then set aside.

2. Blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs on low speed until moistened, about 30 seconds, then beat on medium for 3 minutes.

3. Pour 1/2 of batter (2 1/2 cups) into greased and floured pan.

4. Sprinkle 1/2 of crumb mixture over batter in pan. Then pour in remaining cake batter and top with the last of the crumb mixture.

5. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes clean. Use greased and floured oblong pan at 350 degrees about 45-50 minutes.

6. Cool in pan.

7. Drizzle with vanilla glaze.

VANILLA GLAZE:

Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons water, until of desired consistency.
