1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. German chocolate, grated
2 c. sour cream

Mix together all ingredients. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
