1 yellow cake mix (with pudding)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

Beat together. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drain some
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Frost and refrigerate.
