SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 c. shredded sharp cheese 1 1/4 c. seasoned croutons 1/4 c. grated onion 1 egg 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. melted butter Drain spinach. Combine all ingredients. Bake in glass casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
