SORT OF A CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
1 c. cooked peas
1/2 lb. noodles
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. chicken broth

Brown lightly in oil the minced onion and pepper. Add the almonds, pimentos, peas and cooked chicken. Mix with hot, drained noodles and grated cheese (may be Velveeta type cheese if preferred). Heat, adding chicken broth to moisten if needed. Serve.
