SIMPLE CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped (optional)
4 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1/4 c. grated sharp cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and seasonings until smooth. Add broth and milk gradually, blending well. Simmer until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken, pimentos and spaghetti.

Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
