EASY BAKED BEANS 
1 stalk celery (diced)
1 sm. onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
3 tbsp. catsup
3 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Saute celery, onion and garlic in oil until tender; drain. Combine vegetables with remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
