BEEF AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. leftover roast beef, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 beaten eggs
1 tsp. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. beef drippings or butter

Mix all ingredients, place in small greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
